Our chicken and turkey soups are all made with our own homestyle bone broth. Bone broth is made by first roasting the bones of the chicken or turkey and then simmering them with a small amount of cider vinegar for several hours. This method brings out a wide array of trace minerals and has a high collagen, proline, glycine, and glutamine content from the bones. Not only is it much healthier, it simply tastes better and doesn’t have all the added salt that commercial broths do.
